1. Orders are shipped on business days only. Our Business days are Monday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm, excluding national holidays in Thailand. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
2. The Delivery time will normally take 2-3 days of business days.
3. If the specific locations are considered as remote areas in Thailand so the delivery time will take longer to 5-7 days of business days.
4. Free Shipping on all puchased orders that higher than 1,500 Thai Baht.
The products must be returned within 7 days after receiving the products. The refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits with our returns policy. The quality check and the refund process will take 10 days of our business days.
In case of additional cost including delivery cost, you need to be responsible for all of the additional cost occured.
